Typically, we are able to come out and make a site inspection without any cost to the Owner. Labor and fuel cost sometimes make this difficult. After the site inspection, we will write up a repair procedure and cost estimate. We are able to come out for emergency repairs at any time if needed. Mother Nature can show up at any time and wreak havoc. Too many times we are called in after the Owner has listened to only one side of the repair story where the decision to spend large amounts of monies were spent to completely remove a section that could have been renovated/repaired in place.
We bring to the design table some very clear and reasonable thinking the Owner will understand. We are aware of the costs the churches and non-profit Owners have to bare for maintenance and repairs/renovations. We want to make the Owner aware of more than just one avenue for repair. Sometimes it is more cost effective to repair what is in place rather than ?Replace with new?. Complete church renovations/repairs is what my father, my brother and I have been doing for 42 years 6 days a week sometimes 7.
